An exciting original cabaret show compiled by Dr. Charles R. Hill, will be the kick-off event for our 10th Anniversary Year . Staged in Howson Hall Theater, the audience will be seated at tables in nightclub style. A silent auction, after-dinner delectables and assorted beverages (wine, soft drinks) will complement the show.

In September, 2007, the B. Iden Payne Committee nominated Michelle Cheney for Best Actress in a Comedy for her portrayal of Honey Raye in our February, 2007 production of Dearly Beloved. Also nominated, for Best Ensemble acting, were Gary Payne as Andrew and Nathan Jerkin as Milo in our Sept, 2006 production of Sleuth. Nathan Jerkins was also nominated for Best Actor in a drama for the same role in Sleuth. Charles R. Hill was nominated by the Austin Critics Table for Best Director for the same production. Bobbie Erb was nominated for Best Actor in a Comedy by the Austin Circle of Theatres for her portrayal of Ursula in our June 2006 production of The Oldest Profession. Deneen Frazer was nominated for Best Lead Actor in a Drama for her portrayal of Annie in our November 2002 production of Waiting for MacArthur.
